Merrimack, NH – Lilly Anderson is proud to be included among the top ten students of the Class of 2025 at Merrimack High School.
During her time in high school, she has consistently performed well academically, upholding a high level of success, and expresses deep appreciation for her teachers' consistent encouragement.
Lily has been an active member of both the National Honor Society and the Student Council.
An enthusiastic competitor, she secured the freshman discus title. Throughout her four-year tenure as part of the varsity track and field team, Lilly was honored with Rookie of the Year and the Coaches Award for her outstanding performance. Furthermore, Lilly cherishes receiving the NHIAA Scholar-Athlete accolade, which recognizes her achievements in scholarship alongside athletic prowess.
Beyond sports, Lilly has dedicated herself to CrossFit, enhancing her self-discipline, fortitude, and social bonds within her community. She has spent eleven years mastering the violin through individual tutorials and playing as the concertmaster with the Upbeat Youth Orchestra based in Nashua. This musical pursuit significantly influences who she is and brings her happiness. Additionally, Lilly has received top honors for her artwork at the Deerfield Fair, highlighting her artistic skills.
Lily anticipates furthering her studies at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine this autumn, where she will work towards earning a nursing degree while also staying active in track and field athletics. She feels optimistic about what lies ahead and hopes everyone embarking on new phases of life finds success in theirs.
First and foremost, Lilly wants to express her gratitude to her mother, father, and brother for their constant support, love, and encouragement, which have been instrumental in forming the person she has become.
