What occurred on The Young and the Restless?

On The Youthful and the Uneasy Today, Holden exhibited a somewhat irritable demeanor. Does anyone else feel like we're barely beginning to uncover the depths of his true personality? Since our introduction to Holden Novak in Los Angeles—when Nate mistakenly believed him to be Damian—he has remained enigmatic. However, over time, different facets of his character have emerged, making him even more intriguing. Initially, he portrayed himself as laid-back yet suspicious during a business encounter where he posed as Damian. Later, he demonstrated kindness and empathy towards Amy, advocating for Damian to treat their mother better. Yet, after this display, we witnessed another side of Holden indulging in drinks similar to those from James Bond movies at a local bar, revealing hints of sophistication and perhaps mischief. His interactions with Claire were marked by charm, courtesy, and just a hint of rebelliousness, which certainly caught everyone's attention. Additionally, Holden stood firm against Kyle without backing down when confronted with Kyle’s assertiveness toward his partner. However, recently, Holden clarified to both Nate and Audra that she represents someone significant from his past whom he wishes to reconnect with. Interestingly, even Sally could sense across the room that Holden harbors feelings for Audra’s closest friend. Nevertheless, today showcased an unanticipated aspect of Holden; witnessing Audra engage in playful banter with Kyle left him visibly unsettled. The flirtatious comments dropped by Audra did not go unnoticed by Holden—and they clearly upset him. Is Holden merely reminiscing fondly about former times with Audra, or does he harbor deeper concerns regarding reclaiming what once belonged to them? Could these new revelations make Audra wary of Holden’s intentions? It appears that each passing day brings forth layers of Holden previously unknown to us, adding complexity to understanding his motivations and emotions.
