Kristen Bell is certainly receiving a compliment from her spouse Dax Shepard.
On Thursday, Shepard posted an endearing picture on Instagram showing Bell alongside one of their daughters wearing coordinated outfits. He affectionately called the duo of mother and daughter “twins” in the description.
Typically, twins share the same age, but mine differ by 35 years, he wrote. I adore them both tremendously.
Even though the message was heartfelt, Bell countered with some sass, sharing it on her Instagram story along with the witty comment, "My spouse is hitting on me once more."
Shepard and Bell tied the knot in 2013 and they are parents to two girls named Lincoln and Delta.

It’s uncertain which daughter Bell was pictured alongside since her face is concealed behind a blue heart emoji to shield her privacy. This issue was tackled by the actress herself in the comment section of her husband's post.
"It's a way for dax [sic] to share his experience of loving this pic, without taking our kiddos anonymity away," she said to a commenter who questioned why her face was covered. "Protects the kid (physically and emotionally) while allowing him to still be a doting dad."
The posting occurs as Bell appears to be distancing herself from Shepard while she promotes her Netflix series, "Nobody Wants This."
