American Idol finalist John Foster introduced his girlfriend, Brooklyn Bourque, throughout this season of the hit reality program.
In an episode, Foster actually serenaded Bourque.
On May 5, Nola.com explained how the Louisiana native "had the chance to sing directly to his girlfriend" during the performance.
Foster is among the final three competitors still standing for the 2025 finale scheduled on May 18.
He sang I Cross My Heart by George Strait. Bourque "stood in the audience, just in front of the stage, screaming and jumping up and down amongst a group of girls doing the same," the site reported.
Bourque's Instagram feed is brimming with pictures of her alongside Foster.
"MY DUDE๐คฉ๐คฉ incredibly proud of you, with all my love ๐ #TOP8 ," she wrote with a photo of the couple in early May.
On May 7, she shared another photo Sharing their photos on Instagram, they captioned, “I'm still cherishing this incredible moment! It’s such an honor to be cherished by someone who is truly sincere, considerate, and incredibly kind-hearted. You bring so much joy into my life; all I want to do is celebrate non-stop!! Our bond means everything to me ☺️”
Foster's girlfriend has been documenting his path from Louisiana to the grand stage on American Idol.

Each day he continues to impress me, and I’m incredibly fortunate to adore such an adorable sweetheart like him ๐๐๐" She posted in March. along with another photo of the young couple being together.
She also posted an image of them together from 2024.
