It continues to deteriorate further with each passing moment.
Halle Bailey states that she has endured enough alleged mistreatment from DDG; therefore, she has submitted a police report. Additionally, she is seeking court-ordered protection from the parent of her child, as reported by TMZ.
In documents submitted on Tuesday in Los Angeles, she alleges that the physical encounters began in January—though they had separated back in October—and states that DDG visited to collect their son, Halo. She attempted to discuss a child visitation arrangement with the rapper during this meeting.
While securing Halo into the car seat, she asserts that DDG became upset and kept saying, "Get out of my car, BITCH." According to Halle, the infant was wailing, which made her anxious about letting DDG leave with the child in his distressed condition.
That's when they supposedly began grappling, with DDG grabbing her hair, pushing her face against his steering wheel, and causing her to chip a tooth.
Halle mentions that she experienced pain and tears, which put an end to the conflict. Despite this, her concerns for Halo persisted, leading her to stay inside the vehicle during the journey to DDG’s place. There, she shared with his family what had transpired.
After they assured her that they would look after the baby, she departed "inconsolable" and bearing marks on her arms... including a damaged tooth. In her petition for a protective order, she included pictures documenting these supposed harms.
She additionally claims that DDG made her feel uncomfortable in March when he came to her house, entered without invitation, proceeded to her bedroom, and sent her a photo of an unoccupied bed via text message accompanied by the comment: "now I know where you've been LOL."
Halle claims she understood the text as DDG alleging that she was involved with others sexually.
A few days afterward, she says he became extremely angry upon returning to her residence. She informed him that both she and the child were unwell, and expressed her desire for Halo not to venture outside their home — according to her account, this was when he turned verbally aggressive, broke her Ring camera...and fled with Halle’s mobile device.
As he sped away, she alleges DDG tossed the phone out the car window and shouted at her, "GO GET IT Bitch." This led Halle to head to the station to file a police report, and she mentioned that she possesses Ring camera evidence supporting her account of events.
Around this period, DDG announced on X that he had been trying to get access to Halo for months.
For Halle, however, the breaking point occurred over the past weekend when she claims to have been on vacation with Halo and her sister in St. Lucia. According to her, DDG sent her messages containing links to social media postings alleging that she was on the island with musician Brent Faiyaz.
Halle responded, "Not with any guy around here. I won't do that; I have Halo... Please allow me to peacefully savor Mother's Day. I trust you're doing well and will recover soon."
The judge issued Halle with a domestic violence restraining order, mandating that DDG maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from her. Additionally, he allowed her to bring Halo, who is almost 18 months old, to Italy for two months as she will be working on a film production there.
DDG must also cease sharing content regarding her and their child online—Halle alleges that her former partner has been inciting his audience against her during livestreams by speaking negatively about her.
We have contacted DDG’s team… haven’t received any response as of now.via: TMZ
